About

Oxygen Arts CIC is a social enterprise that specialises in targeting and working with diverse communities. We have extensive experience engaging diverse audiences in a range of different activities and services, and in working with communities to explore and share their stories.

Founded by the wife and husband team of Marsha and Clovis Lowe, we wanted to combine our gifts to create work that builds community by exploring the ‘Black Atlantic’ experience and drives wider change within the creative industries

To achieve lasting change, we believe that challenge needs to come both from within and outside of the system. We are purposely placed apart from the mainstream, looking to create and support independent creative projects with others on the ‘outside’ who have traditionally struggled to find their audiences and speak their truth.

Over the past five years, we have:

Our team

We are a diverse team with a wealth of experience delivering creative services, supporting young people's artistic expression, and producing art that reflects the experiences of communities across the Black Atlantic.
