We create essential, relevant documentary and narrative films that represent a range of stories and histories from people of the global majority.
We produce these films with the young people we train, giving them vital professional experience and knowledge, and help to develop their portfolios.
We will be producing a range of short films developed in partnership with our young people over the next year. We are currently working on two main film projects:
- Black British Ballet: A feature length documentary exploring the experiences of the black pioneers in British ballet from the past century in partnership with The Royal Ballet, English National Ballet and Birmingham Royal Ballet
- Two and a Half Questions: A feature length documentary that that allows young people from the global majority to explore their communities’ identities and aspirations, particularly members of the Windrush generation, in partnership with Lambeth Council and UINCAP.
