Creative Producer (freelance)

Oxygen Arts is a small, but fast growing, creative production agency in Lambeth looking for a Freelance Creative Producer to join our team.
We have a diverse portfolio of work that includes working with global majority young people in London and Grenada, creating a range of digital media projects highlighting the black British experience, alongside providing communications and creative services to third and public sector clients.
While we are based in London, our projects national, working with partners such as English National Ballet, Dance Theatre of Harlem and Libraries Connected.
Over the past three years, we have developed the landmark Black British Ballet project, produced the Windrush themed film Two and a Half Questions, and worked directly with over 200 people in the UK and Grenada to help them to explore and share their stories, with audiences totalling over 2000 people.
We are a small organisation, with two full time staff who are directors of the company, with a further two directors in place. Flexibility is core to our working practice, and we welcome all proposals for where, when and how the stated hours may be worked.
